Replenishment Services Policy
vivacy.me offers product replenishment services that allow you to automatically receive products at the frequency of your choice.
Choose from 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks/months rolling* subscription all with FREE delivery! When selecting our fixed term subscription plans, you can take advantage of our cost saving offers.
*Weekly or monthly billing. Your subscription will auto renew at the end of the selected subscription period.
To subscribe, simply follow these steps:
- Add your products to the cart.
- Select the desired frequency in which you would like to receive your products (weekly or monthly).
- Select the plan you would like to subscribe to and proceed with checkout.
Your first shipment will be processed immediately at the start date of your choice, and your replenishment subscription will be activated. Your subscription will auto renew weekly or monthly depending on the selected subscription plan, and replenishment charges will be processed one day 24 hours prior to your scheduled shipping date.
To benefit from our special plans and discounts, please be aware that you can not opt-out of auto-renewal, or modify your order.

Your comfort is our foremost priority. Thus, vivacy offers you the option to schedule your goods’ delivery at your convenience. Your replenishment order will be dispatched on the day and time that you select.
Option 1: From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Option 2: From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Option 3: From 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Your replenishment order will be charged to the credit card you originally entered at checkout, 24 hours before you receive your order. You will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records.

If you receive an email detailing a payment problem against your subscription, please log into the ‘My Profile’ area and check or update your payment information that you have provided us. Should you need any assistance with this, please Contact our Customer Care team who will be able to resolve any issues.
Once you have subscribed to our replenishment services, you are benefiting from our cost saving offers, therefore you can not opt-out of auto-renewal, modify or return any product from your order.
The products you select for auto-delivery are not subject to any extra discounts or promotions.
If our prices are modified, you will not be subject to these modifications.
