Vivacy.me offers FREE STANDARD 2-DAY SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $50 and over (including taxes).
You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.
After entering the shipping address, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
You have the option of no gift packaging: products are delivered in a Vivacy paper bag.
To select gift packaging options or to add a personalized gift message on the packing slip, click “Send as gift” and the products will be delivered in our signature Vivacy gift box.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Vivacy.me, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your invoice that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to information, the shipping method, and the payment method.

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket.
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Placed" status.
Your order is then "In Progress", entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during the "Placed" status (it takes between 2 and 6 hours for the “Placed” status to turn into “In Progress”).
Once your order enters the shipping process by being "In Progress", no further changes can be made, we may not cancel or modify your order.
You can return your items. Additional charges apply on a per-shipment basis.
